Groups of stamp collectors exist to enhance the stamp collecting hobby by circulating what are called circuit books.

These are books which contain stamps for sale by Scott number and sale price.

A collector can then go through the circuit book for country they collect selecting stamps they need for their collection.

The Port St. Lucie Stamp Club has a member, Don,  that brings many of these circuit books to each meeting.

Members can then look through these books to locate items they want to add to their collection.

A record is made of what they purchase.

The stamps are then paid for.

If a member wants to take a circuit book home, that's fine. Then for a month that member can locate what they want to purchase.

At the next meeting they return the circuit book along with a list of purchased items and payment.

This is a list of the sort of books which are brought to the club each month.
